¡Por fin! Ya tenía la mejor sorpresa para Ana. Lo que me había costado encontrar algo tan especial para que los dos disfrutáramos juntos. Estaba deseando que lo viera.
Volví a casa corriendo para contárselo. Tenía que hacerlo de una forma muy especial. Subí, abrí la puerta y saludé a Ana. Nos dimos nuestro besito de siempre y ella me cogió de la mano para llevarme a la habitación. Al parecer, ella también me quería mostrar algo.
- Ana: ¡Mira! He recuperado el colgante del sol que perdí en el paseo, ¿te acuerdas?
- Yo: ¿Sí? ¡Vaya!... Te tenía una sorpresa pero esto quizá supere lo que te quiero enseñar... (Dije con voz de pena, pero mintiendo).
- Ana: Anda, dámelo, dámelo... ¡Estoy deseando verlo!
- Yo: Está bien. Pero primero te tengo que preparar.
- Ana: ¿Preparar?
- Yo: Si... (Fui al armario y saqué una banda de color negro para ponérsela en los ojos).
- Ana: ¡Vaya! ¿No voy a poder verlo?
- Yo: Si, pero cuando lleguemos.
Entonces salimos por la puerta y fuimos a la parada de autobús. Todavía no la podía llevar en coche porque no tenía carnet de conducir. El lugar estaba un poco lejos, pero llegamos enseguida. Ana se estaba poniendo un poco nerviosa. Llevaba mucho tiempo con la banda en los ojos. Todavía tuvimos que andar un poco más. Me hubiera gustado que Ana viera las vistas del lugar. Era precioso. Al fin llegamos al lugar. Era una calle tranquila llena de árboles, con algunas farolas antiguas, mucho césped y casitas blancas de hasta 3 pisos de altura.
- Ana: ¿Falta mucho? Me muero de ganas por saber qué es...
- Yo: Ya hemos llegado.
Entonces cuando quité la banda de los ojos a Ana pude ver su gesto de sorpresa ante lo que había enfrente nuestra. Estaba emocionada y hasta soltó alguna lagrimilla.
- Ana: ¿Es nuestra?
- Yo: Toda nuestra.
Estábamos muy felices por lo que veíamos. Ana y yo nos quedamos maravillados. Con ella era mucho mejor aún que cuando vine solo. Estábamos viendo nuestro futuro por delante. Había comprado nuestra propia casa.
